Rick Lane

Rick Lane has over thirty years of experience in law and real estate. A graduate of both the University of Virginia and the William and Mary Law School, he was a partner in a construction and real estate law firm in Alexandria, VA for over ten years before entering the commercial real estate business. In his practice, he represented Engineering News Record top 100 firms litigating cases all over the country. Prior to joining Elkins Lane he was a Vice President with the Trammell Crow Company in Washington, DC, one of the largest developers, owners, and property managers in the country. He has ranked in the top two producing commercial agents for Weichert Commercial in the Washington metropolitan area the last 5 years. He has represented buyers, owners and tenants all over Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and Maryland. A Washington, DC native, he is able to build on relationships developed there over a lifetime.
